Our policies include or exclude flood. Our programs are designed for mobile homes used for Owner Occupied, Seasonal or Rental homes all over Mississippi including 1st and 2nd tier coastal counties.

American Reliable Insurance - is an “A” rated admitted company that writes Comprehensive or Named Peril coverage with several credits and discounts available. American Reliable has programs for owner, secondary and rental units. Liability coverage can be written up to $300,000 on owner occupied risks and $100,000 on tenant occupied. Wind coverage is available in Pearl River and Stone counties. Certain restrictions apply.   

Voyager Indemnity Insurance - is an “A” rated non admitted company that writes Comprehensive or Named Peril coverage. Programs are available for owner, secondary and rental units. Liability is available to $300,000 on owner occupied risks and $100,000 on tenant occupied.   

Aegis Security – is an “A” rated admitted company. Aegis offers a preferred program for owner occupied risks. In addition, programs are available for primary, secondary, rental and tenant occupancy. Optional endorsements include replacement cost coverage for the home and personal property, scheduled personal property and full repair cost.   

Certain Underwriters @ Lloyds - is an “A” rated company. This is our most accommodating company. Lloyds has a program for your good insureds with credit or claims issues. Programs are available for owner, secondary and rental units. Older mobile homes and overly modified homes are not a problem. Coverage is available for all protection classes.
