Aegis Security – is an “A” rated admitted company. Aegis offers a preferred program for owner occupied risks. In addition, programs are available for primary, secondary, rental and tenant occupancy. Optional endorsements include replacement cost coverage for the home and personal property, scheduled personal property and full repair cost.   

Certain Underwriters @ Lloyds - is an “A” rated company. This is our most accommodating company. Lloyds has a program for your good insureds with credit or claims issues. Programs are available for owner, secondary and rental units. Older mobile homes and overly modified homes are not a problem. Coverage is available for all protection classes.   

Standard Guaranty - is an “A” rated admitted company that writes Comprehensive or Named Peril coverage with several credits and discounts available. Standard Guaranty has programs for owner, secondary and rental units. Liability coverage can be written up to $300,000 on owner occupied risks and $100,000 on tenant occupied.
